I felt like I had been a bit of a bad blogger this week, so today I decided to do some flatlays, incorporating my birthday goodies. They’re probably not my most beautiful flatlays, but I think the things in them make them perfect.
I’m too tired to write a proper post, so I’m off to bed. I hope you all have a nice weekend!
P.S. You can find a sneak peak of my next outfit post here.

I don’t know if it’s just me being unobservant, but the shops here in Australia and online, just don’t seem to be stocking any Winter clothes. All they seem to sell are Summer clothes, which are amazing might I add, but just plain impractical. They’re so tempting, but I’m forcing myself to say now and focus on restocking my Winter wardrobe now that it is getting cooler. I scoured high and low, but these are my WInter favourites from around the web.

It’s starting to become a bit of tradition to do themed flatlays on a Tuesday. I’m starting to lose the plot with them though, they’re becoming more and more extravagant each week. Because of the abundance of flowers floating around the house and florals hanging in my wardrobe, I thought a floral theme would be fitting.

Here are just a couple of photos of a flatlay I created prior to going crazy with my picnic themed photo shoot. They kind of got forgotten amongst my other flatlays, but I still like how they turned out and figured that they were worth sharing.
I hope all of you in Australia and New Zealand had a lovely ANZAC day today!

I will admit, I am quite fussy about who I follow on Instagram, yet I’m always searching around for new accounts to follow, because lets face it, I’m addicted. I went through my following list today and pinpointed my favourite Instagrams, ranging from those owned by models, to photographers, to designers and online stores, to bloggers and did up some little collages of who I recommend.
I hope it’s a handy little list for those of you new to Instagram and those of you forever searching for new accounts to follow.
P.S. an Instagram you all must follow is @prettydressesinthelaundry, I’ve heard it’s great!

Okay, so I may or may not have gone a tad overboard with today’s flatlays. It just seemed to escalate from one pretty tea cup matching the dress to a full blown picnic/high tea themed photo shoot, probably entirely irrelevant, but hey, it was fun. It kind of makes me mourn the warmth and entirely jealous of everyone in the northern hemisphere who are only just pulling out their crop tops from the mothballs, while I put mine away. It meant that I got to play with lollies and strawberries and pretty makeup, clothes and accessories though, so it wasn’t all bad.
P.S. I popped some new things up on my blog’s Facebook to sell, so make sure you check that out.
