INTERVIEW WITH: Petra Karlsson
I recently had the delight of interviewing the lovely fourteen year old, fashion blogger from Sweden, Petra. On Petra’s blog and Lookbook she posts her gorgeous outfits and because of this, has a large, well deserved following. Here is my interview:

1. What inspired you to start your blog?
I started my blog beacuse I wanted to share my photos. I’ve always loved photography but my blog has only become more of a fashion blog lately.
2. What or who inspires your outfits?
It’s kind of hard to explain what I am inspired by. I just “see the outfit” when I look at one piece of the look. It can be the jewelry or the top/bottom ect. I get inspiered by the clothing. Of course I like to follow trends, and all the inpiration to now what’s “in or out” I get from lookbooks HOT page. I get inspiered by every one, sort of.
3. Are you surprised by the success and popularity of your blog and Lookbook?
Yes I am! I never thought I would became a “fashion bloger”. I’m kind of the sporty girl, but I’ve always liked to dress up more then others. Although on Lookbook, I believe it’s not just the “look” it’s also about the whole picture, the background, the light e.c.t.
4. What is the one essential item your wardrobe that you cannot live without?
I normally walk around in jeans often, but I would not survive without a pair of stocking. Now it’s to cold to wear them in Sweden (I wear it on Loobook anyway) but in Spring/Summer/Autumn I wear them all the time.
5. If you could give one piece of style advice, what would it be?
Go for the simple, it doesn’t have to be “over the top” all the time. Sure it can be nice to stand out sometimes but simple can look really good.
6. How would you describe your style?
I’m girly. I love skirts and dresses but to edge it up a bit I use accessories, and of course the hairstyle, I almost never let my hair down, always that braid on the side or just a bun.
7. Do you prefer vintage, designer or highstreet fashion?
I like everything, haha. The different is if I wear vintage I feel more pretty, and if I wear highstreet fashion I feel more cool. Designer clothes I don’t use that often though.
